Free Trial refers to a limited period of time that may be free when purchasing a Subscription.

Refer to the services or access to the Service offered on a subscription basis by the Company to You.
Subscription period
Our Survey 360 Mobile App and Form Builder are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis, depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.
At the end of each period, the User will get a notification in advance for renewal of the subscription.
Subscription cancellations
To cancel the Subscription you need to contact survey360.sgligis.com. Or Go to Your Account settings page. You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current Subscription period and You will be able to access the Service until the end of Your current Subscription period.
Changes to terms and services
We reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to temporarily or in perpetuity, change, modify, update, alter and/or cancel the Services or any portion thereof, these Terms and/or all other GIS policies, without notice to you. We will not be liable for any kind of damage or loss to you or to any third party, stemming from any such changes, modifications, updates, alterations and/or cancellation of any of the Services or portion thereof, these Terms and/or all other GIS policies. Any Changes to these Terms and/or other GIS policies will be reflected on the Services and continued use of the Services thereafter will constitute acceptance of any such changes, modifications, updates, alterations and/or cancellations.
Refund Policy
We don’t allow refunds except if we terminate our Services to you without cause before the end of the subscription period for which you have paid, in this scenario we initiate the refund and it will takes approximately 7-10 working days. There is no other circumstance in which you will be entitled to a refund from Survey360.sgligis.com.
